For many older adults, getting to an office can be a challenge. Our planned model centers on primary-care visits at home, with time to understand the person, their medications and their everyday needs.

Deborah brings 37 years of nursing experience and a mission-driven perspective shaped by her U.S. Army service. Her focus is a thoughtful, practical approach to adult-gerontology primary care.
NP-Led House Calls is being developed around a simple belief: understanding the person and their day-to-day environment matters. The aim is a professional, approachable primary-care experience for older adults and the people who support them.
A physician collaboration arrangement and the operational setup must be completed before clinical services begin. This website does not announce an active clinical service.

Are you accepting new patients?
Not yet. NP-Led House Calls is in development. We will announce visit availability after the required clinical and operational arrangements are complete. Calls at this stage are for planning inquiries, not appointments.
Will you accept Medicare or private insurance?
Medicare and selected commercial insurance participation are intended, but enrollment and network participation are not confirmed. We will list specific plans and applicable effective dates only after approval. Having an NPI does not itself establish insurance participation.
Can I send medical information or come to the address?
Please do not send medical records, insurance-card images or other sensitive details through this website or general messages. No patient intake or secure clinical portal is active here. The Holiday address is the planning base, not an announced walk-in clinic; please call before visiting.
